How do I cancel my account?

Introduction

By the end of this article, you'll know how to cancel your customer account, whether it's in Active or Trial status.

Please note, that your account balance must be above $0.00, and there should be no open or overdue invoices. Once your account is cancelled, all phone numbers associated with it will be deleted.

How do I cancel my account?

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal from your computer.
  2. Within the top-right-hand corner, click on your name.


  3. A drop-down menu will appear, click on Cancel account.


  4. Provide the reason for cancelling the account, and click Next.

  5. Confirm the cancellation of the account by entering your password.


  6. Your Current Status should display Cancelled, ensure you log out afterwards.

Can I restore my cancelled account?

No need to worry! We can restore your cancelled customer account if you've changed your mind. Your original subscribed services and PBX call flow configurations will be reinstated, but please note, that we cannot guarantee the retrieval of deleted phone numbers.

Please contact our Accounts team using the primary email associated with your account, and include your account number and company name.

How can I restore my deleted phone numbers?

When phone numbers are deleted, we might not be able to retrieve them. Deleted numbers go into a short quarantine period before being cancelled and returned to the upstream carrier, who may then release them for public purchase. Please note, that additional activation charges may apply if numbers are reactivated. Contact our Number Management team to see if it is possible.
