2.4.0 Update

  • Webphone:
    • Starting with this update, 2FA becomes mandatory for the Webphone login.
      • 2FA can be reset in the settings of the user object in the PBX.
    • Web and desktop applications:
      • Now you can make a blind transfer of a call from the call parking. It is no longer necessary to answer the call first.
        • Services > Call parking.
      • If you have a Zapier integration connected and you get a contact name through it, that name will automatically be used on the call screens.
    • iOS app:
      • Apple CarPlay integration has been added. Answer incoming calls using the car interface without touching your iPhone. Make outgoing calls via Siri by contact name or phone number digits.
    • Android app:
      • Added the ability to answer calls in the car using the steering wheel button when the phone is connected via Bluetooth.
  • PBX:
    • The contact limit in one phonebook has been increased from 1024 contacts to 5000 contacts.
    • In ‘API request’ and ‘Webhook’ objects, you can now use different characters in the secret token. Previously it was possible to use only letters and digits.
  • Meet the updated page with internet service, where you can find out about available plans, apply for connection, and see information about your active connections. Customer portal > Services > Internet.
    • Please note that this service may not be available to all customers.
    • If you already have an active internet connection, information about it will also be shown in the PDF version of the service usage report.
  • Updated CSV version of service usage report to make information about transactions more clear and structured.
