3.0.1 Update

  • Desktop and browser Webphone:
    • Introducing group SMS chat!
      • ‘Services’ tab > ‘Phone numbers’ section > Active numbers > SMS routing
        • This setting is only available for SMS-enabled numbers. In most countries, these are mobile numbers
        • Now, instead of one user, you can add multiple users
      • If several users have access to an SMS-enabled number, all correspondence will be synchronised between them: both incoming and outgoing messages
      • In the chat, you can see which user sent the message
      • SMS notifications will only be sent for incoming messages from the correspondent
    • If a user has multiple devices and a call comes in on several of them at once, and the call was answered outside of the browser or desktop Webphone application, then missed call notifications will no longer be displayed, because the call was not actually missed
  • Webphone mobile (iOS and Android) 1.4.0 update:
    • It is now possible to create contacts! This can be done on the contacts page, when dialling a number, or from the call details in the history
    • You can also update and delete existing contacts
    • Track the status of other PBX users (online, offline, on call) if their internal numbers are saved as contacts
    • Added 'Default phonebook' setting. This phonebook is loaded by default when opening the contacts page, and is also used when creating a new contact
    • Added the ability to set custom names for caller IDs. To do this, create a contact with such a number
    • Added quick date selection in the call history filter
  • Numerous improvements to the new PBX interface, the most noticeable changes, now:
    • All call flow zoom management options are always displayed by default. We’ve also added a ‘Selection mode’ button as an alternative to holding down Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (macOS) buttons
    • You can move call flow objects between PBX tabs
    • You can change the password for the SIP device and the SIP trunk in ‘SIP registration’ mode
    • You can find ‘User’ objects via PBX search by subaccount
    • The green ‘Webphone is active’ checkbox for the ‘User’ object widget is only displayed when the user has set a password
    • You can select all users at once when adding them to ‘Queue’, ‘Ring group’ and other objects via the new ‘Select all’ option in the list
  • Added information and filter for ‘Caller ID prefix’ for the following reports in the customer portal:
    • Call recordings
    • User statistics (available in exported user calls CSV report)
    • Queue statistics (available in CSV report)
    • Ring group statistics (available in CSV report)
